Delivered by our designated professional logistics partner (Black Cat Takkyubin). Delivery to urban areas in Taiwan typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping (Global)

Delivery Time

V. Return & Exchange Policy

Appreciation Period Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period starting from the day after the item is delivered. Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period; it is solely for confirming the item's appearance, specifications, and authenticated condition.

Item Condition Requirements

The item and its related accessories must remain in their original condition, and the anti-counterfeit seal must be intact and unremoved.

Accessory Completeness

When returning an item, original dust bags, authenticity cards, packaging boxes, manuals, and related accessories (e.g., straps, locks) must be fully retained. Missing or damaged accessories will affect the acceptance of the return.

Anti-Counterfeit Seal Mechanism (Core Clause)

Every item is equipped with a KÉSH de¹ exclusive numbered anti-counterfeit seal. This seal serves as part of our item verification mechanism. If you wish to process a return during the appreciation period, the item must remain in its complete state (including the unremoved seal). If the seal is removed or damaged, the return may be rejected.

During the appreciation period, consumers may apply for a return under the Consumer Protection Act. Our company will process and review returns in accordance with this policy and relevant regulations.
