• All items are photographed from actual products. Slight color differences may occur due to monitor settings; please refer to the actual item.
• Dimensions are measured manually and a 1-2cm variance is considered normal.
• Please complete your payment within 24 hours of placing an order. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
• We offer domestic shipping and in-store pickup. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

We have a professional appraisal team and utilize third-party authorities (such as Entrupy) for double verification. If an item you purchased is proven to be unauthentic by two or more credible third-party appraisal institutions (written report required), we promise a full refund and will cover the related inspection fees.

According to Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, second-hand goods (not brand new items mass-produced and sold by business operators) are not subject to the 7-day unconditional return period.

However, we will accept unconditional returns in the following situations:

• The item is proven to be unauthentic by third-party appraisal (see Authenticity Guarantee).
• The received item differs significantly from the website description or photos (e.g., listed as Grade S but has obvious damage).

* If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size, color difference), please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the item. We can assist you in converting it to a "" arrangement.
